We are looking for an HR Data Lead to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of HR data across our systems. This role will involve leading data migration and implementation projects, as well as developing and enforcing data governance and quality standards.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data within the systems, as well as developing and implementing data governance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the data migration and implementation projects for Employee Central and S/4 system -
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations -
Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes, including data cleansing and enrichment -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems and platforms -
Design and implement data validation and testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data -
Provide training and support to end users on data entry, maintenance, and reporting within the systems -
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities -
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, and provide insights and recommendations for data utilization and optimization
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in data governance, HR analytics, or related roles
Strong knowledge of data migration processes and systems such as Employee Central and S/4
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in data management tools and methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience leading and mentoring teams.
