Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Proficient in SAP Ariba modules Sourcing, SLP, Ariba B&I and Ariba SCC
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation to communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, and other departments to identify business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance system adoption and ensure optimal use of SAP Ariba solutions.
- Monitor project performance and implement changes as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with SAP Ariba updates, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and improvements in procurement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 plus years of experience managing SAP Ariba implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is advantageous.
- Proficient in SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, etc.).
