The IT CRM Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Commercial, Service, Customer Service and Marketing business processes. It helps to solve problems and seek for improvements that will speed up delivery of our (Cytiva) products and increase customer experience.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, IT Business Analysis and is part of the Cytiva IT CRM Global Team. Role is targeted to be based in Krakow, Poland.

What you will do:
Analyze Business Requirements using Best Practices around Salesforce Applications.
Document business requirements, process diagrams and flows, functional requirements and data mapping.
Work closely with business and technical teams around Case Management, Work Order Management, Quote Management, and Service standard of work.
Participate in deployment projects as a IT business analyst – including but not limited to requirements analysis, requirements documentation, configuring CRM applications and the creation and execution of test scripts.
Support ETL processes for large sets of data in relation to business processes.
Who you are:
BS/BA Degree Computer Science, Information Systems of related programs.
2 years of SFDC portfolio experience in a functional or technical area OR solid knowledge of SQL and Excel and willingness to learn and work with Salesforce.
Understanding of CRM Service and Sales processes.
English : Writing and conversation.
This position may require infrequent travel.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience with ERP, master data and marketing processes.
Hands on experience with Einstein Analytics, QlikView, and other Sales Analytics technologies.
Salesforce administrator and platform app builder certifications is a plus.
