Job Description
Job Title: Facilities Administrative Coordinator (part-time)
Location: Lewisville, TX
Part Time 20hrs/wk
Hourly Pay: $24.50 - $33.00
Summary
The Facilities Administrative Coordinator will support the daily facility operations of the Lewisville office.
Essential Functions/Duties
•Receive, sort, and deliver mail & packages (to a locker system and electronically).
•Monitor the locker system to ensure departments are picking up their mail in a timely manner.
•Create office and cubicle name plates.
•Stock 3 kitchens and 3 conference rooms daily (and sometimes multiple times per day).
•Order & receive supplies for kitchens and conference rooms.
• Walk through the conference rooms at the end of the day to ensure all monitors are turned off.
Qualifications• HS Diploma or GED, and three years or equivalent experience
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form • Able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely, efficient manner • Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment • Ability to work on-site at the office in Lewisville, TX
