Job Description: Finance Manager

Summary:
The Financial Manager will support the Labor Relations department by analyzing Collective Bargaining Agreements across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with financial data analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop systems to monitor, analyze, and report key operating statistics.
- Assist departmental personnel with budget and forecast activity.
- Develop financial projection structures to assess the dollar value of collective bargaining agreements.
- Improve data collection, analytical processes, and procedures continuously.
- Provide financial cost assessments for contract negotiations when necessary.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formula development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects involving large data files.
- Experience with interpreting and comprehending complex contract language.
- Strong statistical background with experience in financial projections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Finance or Accounting required.
- Masters of Business Administration or CPA preferred.
- Five years of professional experience in both accounting and financial analysis required.
