Job Overview :
We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT specialist to oversee our company's IT infrastructure, including laptops, PCs, access control systems, internet, servers, and related components. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all devices are properly maintained, updated, and functioning efficiently. Additionally, this role will involve managing all company subscriptions and working closely with our IT service provider to ensure the protection and efficient use of company data.
Key responsibilities :
- PC and Laptop Management :
Oversee and manage all company laptops and PCs, ensuring they are properly configured, maintained, and updated with the latest software and security patches.
Monitor hardware performance, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to optimize device performance.
Provide technical support to employees, addressing IT-related issues, inquiries, and requests promptly and effectively.
Manage the company's access control system and servers, ensuring secure and efficient access to facilities and data.
Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and protect against cyber threats.
Oversee and optimize company software subscriptions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company needs.
Work with our IT provider to safeguard company data and implement best practices for security.
Assist with the design and implementation of new IT projects, including portable control rooms for special events and a centralized control room for site monitoring.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT processes, systems, configurations, and user guides.
Prepare regular reports on IT activities, issues, resolutions, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience in IT management, hardware / software troubleshooting, and network administration.
Familiarity with access control systems, internet management, and server administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
