JOB DESCRIPTION-
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Quote Coordinator with a growth mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently process high-volume, time-sensitive quotations, ensure data validation, and provide exceptional customer service support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and respond to incoming customer quote requests
- Send, receive and enter supplier quote requests
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Develop a strong relationship with the customer and supplier base
- Evaluate data, forecast possible outcomes, and take action
QUALIFICATIONS-
Highly organized and accurate
Deadline and Detail Orientated
Self-starter who can work well in a team setting and independently
Ability to stay focused and on-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keyboard fluency and typing skills (at least 40 WPM with minimal errors)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in an office setting preferred
