Position Overview:
Reporting to the Controller and Accounting Manager, the Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist will play a pivotal part in customer onboarding, maintaining project milestones, and cash flow collections.
This is a high-impact position, created in response to our growth and the need for sustaining a professional and organized accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via email and phone in a consistent and effective manner
- Setup and onboard customers, including maintaining credit applications
- Create billing schedules according to project milestones
- Build process improvements on current operating procedures and within ERP system
- Provide billing analysis on jobs
- Coordinate internally with project managers and sales employees
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Understanding of job costing and financial reporting principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
