Position overview
We’re seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial digital marketing expert to develop and drive DTC and B2B initiatives that optimize marketing performance and support business priorities. This role blends marketing creativity and analytics to deliver impactful digital campaigns, meaningful customer engagement, and go-to-market process excellence. As an energetic, highly-visible manager, you will be a critical contributor to harnessing growth opportunities and measurably increasing revenue.
Responsibilities
· Plan and implement digital marketing and advertising initiatives to ensure brand alignment and support DTC and B2B sales objectives
· Drive audience engagement to boost DTC and B2B acquisition and retention metrics
· Develop scaleable product launch campaigns to optimize digital marketing performance and anticipate an aggressive product development pipeline
· Build out turnkey digital outreach programs to facilitate always-on marketing for consistent brand and product amplification
· Establish a digital measurement framework to track, analyze, and report KPIs and business impact
· Implement an integrated digital marketing calendar to proactively manage programming, coordinate across business functions, and leverage omnichannel synergy
· Collaborate with 3rd parties and external partners to enhance go-to-market efforts and ROI
· Manage and coach the digital marketing team to ensure role clarity, facilitate accountability, and celebrate success
· Stay apprised of functional trends and best practices to inform strategic planning and establish a dynamic test-and-learn culture
Qualifications
· 3-5 years DTC brand/product digital marketing experience; B2B experience preferred; lifestyle brand experience a plus
· Expertise in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including ecommerce engines, SEO/SEM, paid/rich/social media, email/SMS, and content marketing
· Proven track record executing digital go-to-market strategies for consumer products, with successful launches and ongoing marketing mix
· Data-driven and analytical, grounded in marketing performance and business alignment
· Highly-organized and disciplined, comfortable multitasking and committed to deadlines
· Self-motivated with a growth mindset, adaptable to market dynamics and opportunities
· Creative thinker with a test-and-learn bias, constantly optimizing audience engagement
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coach a small team, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and interact with external partners
