Responsibilities
- Compliance Oversight : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local special education regulations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on special education data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Case Manager Development : Oversee the professional development of case managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- IEP Development and Review : Assist in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs.
- Compliance Training : Provide training and coaching to staff on special education compliance.
- Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parents.
- Audit Preparation : Prepare for and participate in compliance audits.
- Strategic Planning : Contribute to the development and implementation of special education strategic plans.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve compliance issues and challenges.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
