Title: Finance Specialist - Franchises
Compensation: ~$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Chicago Illinois Hybrid Schedule
Schedule: Monday through Thursday in office- Friday remote for first 6 months
After 6 months - Three days in office (Tuesday thru Thursday); Monday & Friday remote
Education: Bachelor’s Degree - Focus on Accounting or Finance
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with franchise owners to develop and manage budgets and forecasts
-Learn to Present the Financial Opportunity to Prospective Franchisees
-Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, operational standards, and brand guidelines
-Conduct regular financial analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
-Conduct financial planning and analysis to support decision-making processes
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong financial planning skills with the ability to develop strategic plans
