Leadership
- Provides leadership around defined core technologies necessary to meet franchise, client and associate needs including development tools and methodologies, package solutions, systems architecture, security techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with the business to solution the architectural strategy and execution for our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of architects and engineers.
- You will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our architectural practices are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Your role will involve evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, designing high-level frameworks, and providing technical guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance, and security, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
