Role Description
This is a full-time, in person, Office Bookkeeper position located Glendale, CA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, and managing office bookkeeping, financial statements, accounting, HR & payroll. The ideal candidate will also be able to perform their daily responsibilities while providing exceptional customer service, strong leadership, and ensuring proper execution of the sites daily operations.
Qualifications
- Superior Communication and Customer Service skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to quickly and proficiently understand new information, and also willing to ask questions when something is not clear
- Resourceful and able to adjust to the changing needs of the business
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Commitment to implementing workflows and efficiencies to improve the overall productivity of office workflow
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience as an Assistant Bookkeeper, Bookkeeper, or Account Manager
- 2 years minimum of experience in Accounting, Billing, and Bookkeeping: overseeing all financial transactions, paying bills, invoicing clients, monitoring site payments, QuickBooks reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, management reporting, and running payroll
- Payroll: experience with managing and running payroll (Rippling is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
