Conduct comprehensive internal and external patrols to identify safety concerns, security risks, and policy violations, promptly reporting hazards or breaches.Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, natural disasters, and power outages, ensuring swift and appropriate resolution.Provide de-escalation support and manage security risks, such as handling trespassing incidents and problematic situations and conducting visitor risk assessments.Oversee access control systems by monitoring badge scanners, securing entry points, and verifying personnel authorization during client pickups.Facilitate secure escort services for personnel and vendors to ensure controlled and authorized access.Support operational functions, including gate openings and closures, kiosk assistance, and implementing process improvements to enhance workplace safety.Respond to fire alarms, assist in evacuation procedures, and coordinate with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) when necessary.Maintained thorough documentation of incident activity logs and prepared detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.Required Qualifications :
