Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Armed Protection: Secure high-profile individuals during events in corporate, residential, and public settings.
- Conduct On-Site Threat Assessments: Identify vulnerabilities, analyze potential risks, and help to establish detailed security plans tailored to each client.
- Manage/Support Security Operations: Manage and support on-site security needs, secure travel routes, and protect the client(s)/asset(s) at events or high-risk locations.
- Emergency Response Coordination: Act decisively and promptly in high-pressure situations, using tactical skills to evade threats and evacuate the client and/or assets.
- Close Protection Services: Provide close protection for executives, VIPs, and dignitaries at high-profile events, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Advance Planning: Conduct advance work, including venue reconnaissance, route planning, and logistics coordination, to minimize risks.
- Access Control and Perimeter Security: Monitor event perimeters and enforce access control to ensure only authorized personnel gain entry.
- Crowd Management: Handle crowd management and de-escalate conflicts discreetly to maintain a secure and seamless event experience.
- Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Collaborate with law enforcement, event staff, and security teams to implement comprehensive protection strategies.
- Maintain Client Confidentiality: Maintain strict client confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all interactions and operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.

- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.
- High level of physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills.
- Proficient in both communication and dictation.
- Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence.
- Ensures clear, concise, and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.
