Hybrid position. Mostly remote but need to be able to work in-person occasionally at our location in Oak Creek, WI.
We are Global Schoolwear, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We manufacture and sell school uniforms under the Tommy Hilfiger brand. We have contracts to sell school uniforms to more than 1,000 private schools across the U.S., with plans to aggressively grow our business over the next 1-3 years.
(B2B): The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in the implementation of all marketing activities, with the goals of increasing brand awareness, generating new leads, and ultimately driving sales. Our Marketing team supports our Sales team by increasing brand awareness and helping to move leads through the sales pipeline.
(B2C): In addition, the Marketing team supports the direct sales of school uniforms to parents of private school students through direct-to-consumer marketing strategies.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
- Execute Marketing strategies and tactics to grow existing school accounts and create brand awareness, generating new school leads for sales representatives.
- Prepare promotional materials to market products and services to potential leads and existing school contacts.
- Maintain and update marketing content to ensure that the information is accurate, up to date, well organized, and easily accessible to existing and potential customers.
- Create content using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
- Support Marketing events (tradeshow and other school prospecting events).
- Support school and customer research through survey execution and analysis.
Primary Tasks:
- Tradeshow, Event, and Digital Marketing tactics.
- Create Marketing Materials including:
- Sell sheets
- Customer and School Email creation and scheduling
- Social Media creation and scheduling
- Web pages
- Event Signage
- Logos
- Ad production
- Customer Communications
- Analysis and reporting of Marketing tactics (Email, Social, Website traffic)
- Assist Marketing Director with execution of Marketing requests from Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Industry and competitive research
- Marketing and Communications Support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Education and/or work experience in Marketing, Sales, or Public Relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to prioritize workload and tasks.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing channels
- Basic knowledge of design platform (Canva)
- Familiarity with email distribution platforms, such as Pardot
- Self-motivated, attention to detail
- Able to work with minimal direction

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
