About the Job : GSX is seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Certification Program. The Project Administrator will provide analysis, assessment, and both technical and business expertise.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Prepare conferral list s on a monthly basis for agency approval
- Update the certification dashboard with relevant data and metrics monthly
- Facilitate council, governance board, and working group meetings, ensuring that agendas, meeting minutes, and slide decks are generated and distributed
- Communicate updates and distribute meeting materials to stakeholders, including meeting invitees and attendees
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communications, meeting coordination, and tasking related to governance boards and project support
- Coordinate monthly teleconferences and follow-up actions as required by the Certification Program Management Office
- Submit actions and tasks for completion to the Certification Program Management Office
- Create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs ) for the Certification Division
- Facilitate monthly Program Management Review (PMR) process
- Support Certification Program Component Service Representative (CSR) initiatives
- Manage Certification Program Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Conflict of Interest (COI) forms for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and governance board members
- Generate briefing slides for external stakeholders and outside agencies
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery and effective collaboration
- Coordinate project meetings and track follow-up tasks, ensuring stakeholders are updated on progress
- Work with SPeD Program Managers to conduct analyses, identify problems, propose solutions, and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with coordinating DOD Security Skill Standards projects, ensuring project / program tasks are on time and meet quality assurance standards
- Implement program planning and assist with recruiting subject matter experts for various workshops and other ongoing projects
- Assist in identifying and implementing best practices for project administration
