Contract Long term contract
Requirements:
- 5 10 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Experience with VOIP setup, configuration, and troubleshooting (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, 3CX).
- Familiarity with CAD software support (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a must.
- Proficient in Windows and Mac OS environments; experience with MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
