Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to quality through rigorous inspection, testing, and auditing processes.
Duties
· Perform quality control inspections using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
· Analyze inspection results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
· Document findings and maintain accurate records of quality inspections.
· Validation of product and certificates to customer drawings, specifications and customer procedures.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications.
· Communicate with operations team to address any quality concerns or non-conformities.
· Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products.
· Prepare products for shipping.
· Process, pack, and ship orders accurately.
· Preparing and emailing product certification packages to customers.
· Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Qualifications
· Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
· Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
· Familiarity with quality control methodologies and systems.
· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· The ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings/blueprints.
· Detail oriented and good organizational skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at products weighing between 45 and 60 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.56 - $28.37 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
