Associate Attorney – Medical Malpractice Defense
Seeking an experienced Associate Attorney (2.5–5 years) with a strong background in defending medical malpractice claims. We are looking for candidates who have direct experience handling medical malpractice litigation, including taking and defending depositions and managing cases from Notice of Intent (NOI) through trial.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to effectively navigate the complexities of medical malpractice defense.
Requirements:
- Florida Bar Admission is required.
