An AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking a skilled Construction Defect Defense Attorney for its Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in construction defect defense litigation and/or commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings and discovery related to construction defect and commercial litigation cases.
- Handling hearings and taking/defending depositions with minimal supervision.
- Effectively managing cases and advocating for clients in complex construction defect disputes.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of construction defect defense litigation and/or commercial litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Ability to manage hearings and depositions independently.
