Insurance Coverage Litigator – First-Party & Third-Party Property
Philadelphia Office
An AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Associate with a focus on first-party and/or third-party property matters for its Philadelphia office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examining first-party and third-party property claims and preparing comprehensive coverage opinion letters.
- Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and overseeing document production.
- Preparing for and conducting depositions.
- Advising and reporting to institutional clients.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on first-party and third-party property insurance coverage.
- Experience in insurance defense matters is a plus.
- New Jersey and/or New York Bar membership is preferred but not required.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills.
