Role Overview :
This Manufacturing Process Engineer position focuses on improving and streamlining manufacturing processes for large-scale assemblies. You’ll play a key role in designing efficient workflows, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality products. The role also involves working closely with design, production, and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals, driving lean initiatives, and leading process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
What You Bring to the Role :
- 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering (or 7–10 years without a degree), especially in large-scale assembly environments.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic assemblies, fabrication, CNC, and welding processes.
- Proficiency in CAD tools like Solid Edge / Solid Works and knowledge of ERP / MRP systems (LN preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Leadership potential with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bonus if you’re Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certified or a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE).
