Looking for a PT / HR Manager for a youth group home. The pay range is $35k-$40k DOE. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, working closely with the Director to develop strategies to support the organization’s goals; ensuring compliance requirements are met; workforce planning, recruitment and selection; talent management; overseeing payroll, etc. and other duties as assigned. Specific workdays and hours will be discussed during the interview. You MUST have reliable transportation and can pass a criminal background check and be willing to be fingerprinted. Due to the nature of this position, only misdemeanors are allowed.

Salary : $35,000 - $40,000
