The goal of a GTR Administrative Assistant is to meet or exceed client staffing expectations while learning how to excel in today’s competitive workforce.
Expected responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant would include, but are not limited to:
1. Receive and handle phone line from employees relating to payroll, on-boarding paperwork, login and password assistance.
2. Assist recruitment team with applicant on-boarding
3. Ability to research pay discrepancies
4. Communicate with clients and candidates about discrepancies and questions
5. Run reports using Microsoft Excel
6. Assist and train new administrative employees with internal payroll and HR system
7. Support vacation and holiday coverage for administrative staff
8. Data entry-Database; Excel; Reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Energetic and Self-Motivated
2. Resourcefulness in problem-solving
3. Able to follow directions
4. Organized and detail oriented
5. Proficient with the Microsoft suite
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Must be able to interface with customers
Education and Experience:
1. Previous secretary or customer service experience preferred but not required
2. Data entry experience required
3. High school Diploma or equivalent required
