Position overview: Administrative Assistant:
- Receive and handle phone line from employees relating to payroll, on-boarding paperwork, login and password assistance.
- Assist recruitment team with applicant on-boarding
- Ability to research pay discrepancies
- Communicate with clients and candidates about discrepancies and questions
- Run reports using Microsoft Excel
- Assist and train new administrative employees with internal payroll and HR system
- Support vacation and holiday coverage for administrative staff
- Data entry-Database; Excel; Reporting
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Energetic and Self-Motivated
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Able to follow directions
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to interface with customers
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous secretary or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Data entry experience required
- High school Diploma or equivalent required

Salary : $18 - $22
