 About the Role:As an Assistant Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers on a variety of construction projects. You will assist in project management, coordination, and administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordination: Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Document Control: Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals.
• Contract Administration: Execute contracts, manage change orders, and approve invoices.
• Project Controls: Monitor project progress, track costs, and generate reports.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
