- Financial Workbook: Develop, maintain, and enhance the Financial Workbook, a proprietary tool used for financial management.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with IT teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Report Generation: Generate ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the Financial Workbook.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with financial planning and analysis
- Knowledge of IT budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
