- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 4 years of experience in land development, telecommunications, or mission-critical facilities
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Proficiency in Civil3D and other relevant design software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with building design, network infrastructure, or structural engineering
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
