Join our team as an HR Administrator and provide essential support to our Human Resources department. You'll play a vital role in maintaining organizational records, ensuring efficient processes, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain and catalog organizational records and documents.
- Classify and catalog various types of media.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Basic skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, decision-making, organization, prioritization, and business process interrelationships
- Basic business acumen
