Job Description
Join our team as an Employee Relations Contractor - Senior Level V and contribute to a positive and compliant work environment. You will play a crucial role in executing employee relations policies, resolving disputes, and providing guidance to leaders and employees.
Responsibilities
- Execute employee relations policies, processes, and practices
- Provide sound advice, consultation, and guidance to leaders and employees
- Resolve employment issues effectively
- Facilitate dispute resolution and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Address performance concerns, disciplinary action, conflict management, leave and accommodation matters, and other workplace issues
- Practice effective case management and identify areas of risk and trends
- Develop proactive approaches to address areas of risk
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders
- Conduct investigations into workplace concerns and complaints
- Develop recommended actions to resolve concerns and prevent future incidents
- Develop and deliver communications and training to educate leaders and employees
- Assist with fact-finding, research support, legal case responses, and other activities
- Collaborate with leaders, employees, and Subject Matter Experts
- Develop new policies and recommend revisions to current policies
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Work independently with minimal supervision and in ambiguous situations
- Exercise strong analytical skills and develop persuasive narratives
- Operate with a high degree of integrity, ethics, and sound judgment
