Summary of day-to-day responsibilities:
- The L&D Facilitator will be supporting the project and facilitation of necessary training for a newly created business within the US Contact Center (USCC).
- Training content will include technical systems training, procedural training, focus on customer service, and client culture.
- Training may be a combination of virtual and in-person, so some travel may be required.
- The first several months will be focused on learning the systems and procedures of the anticipated 19 or 20-day program.
Must Have:
- Virtual classroom applications (Similar to Adobe Connect / Teams)
- Facilitations skills (in-person and virtual)
- LMS experience
Nice To Have
- Call center experience (agent and/or facilitation) is strongly recommended.
- Knowledge of call center functions, concepts of authenticating customers, and delivering legendary service.
