Center City Phila. Legal Support Company is seeking an enthusiastic & intelligent individual with strong work ethics looking to learn and grow with the company. Must have call center and customer service, supervisor experience including strong communication skills verbal and written, basic computer skills, the ability to multi task, proficient typing skills, relationship builder with clients, and time management a must. Must be reliable and dependable.
Duties include :
- Create and update department procedures.
- Perform 90 Day Evaluations, quarterly and end of year assessments.
- Train new employees and continue training employee's weaknesses as needed.
- Counseling and reprimanding employees as needed.
- Manage department staff to ensure workload is up to date and procedures are being followed correctly.
- Be sure that department staff has a clear understanding of their duties and expectations.
- Be willing to work overtime if needed.
Work experience : 3yrs Office Experience, Call Center Service and Supervisor experience required. Legal experience and or dealing with medical records field a plus.
Requirements :
High School graduate a must. College, Paralegal Studies and / or BA in Communications a plus.
Starting Salary : $13 - $15.00 hourly. Salary negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
Job Type : Full-time (40 Hours) Mon. - Fri. 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
