Description:
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role requires a combination of marketing skills and data analysis expertise, with a focus on JobDiva reporting and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reports, analyzing data, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage reports using Power BI, focusing on metrics such as response rate, submittals, shortlists, interviews, quits, and terminations.
- Generate detailed reports to compare performance against client scorecards and conduct in-depth data analysis.
- Leverage JobDiva reporting to extract and analyze key performance data.
- Understand and interpret various Managed Service Provider (MSP) scorecards for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and edit engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Support marketing initiatives with data-driven insights and reporting.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve performance and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with JobDiva or ATS and Power BI for creating comprehensive reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Familiarity with MSP scorecards and their application in reporting.
- Proficiency in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Availability to work US EST hours.
- Visual design experience is a plus.
