Responsibilities:
- Draw blood samples from patients accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence.
- Verify patient demographic information and initials.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

- Ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are required if applicable.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours at multiple locations.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
- Demonstrates superior customer focus, open communication, ability to embrace change, and knowledge of the business.
