Responsibilities:
- Workload: 4 -5 separate emerging technology projects
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources, including team members, budget, and equipment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance

- Includes Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration (Form 7460-1) with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) when meeting applicable filing requirements.
- Includes filing a supplemental notice within five (5) days of an above-ground asset reaching its greatest height of construction or Alteration of Facilities by filing FAA form 7460-2 Part 2.
