- 8 years of experience as a Program Manager in a financial services environment
- Proven experience with Cash Management and Deposits projects
- Strong ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Preferred:
- Prior experience with Capital Markets
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
