Purchase Order Processor

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders efficiently in our ERP system.
• Monitor order status and expedite orders as needed.
• Verify purchase order accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Follow up on open purchase orders and investigate any discrepancies.
• Improve purchase order processes for increased efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support various ad-hoc projects and requests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry or office administration.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems (Epicor is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
