We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Associate to join our team at Swoon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and collaborating with colleagues to drive business results.
Key Accountabilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing resolution or directing the call to the appropriate contact.
- Providing product availability and lead time information, and directing advanced issues to the appropriate contact or department.
- Processing project sales orders in Syspro and reviewing them to ensure all information is accurate for proper fulfillment.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Excel.
