About the Role: As a Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our hardware and software systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, operating systems, and applications.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
- System Administration: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Remote Support: Utilize remote support tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all technical support activities for future reference.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues and obtain necessary support.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and related software applications.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
- Customer Service Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
