Job Title : Lead Legal Operations Manager
Contract Duration : 6 Months
Pay range : $75 - 85 / hr
Work Type : Remote ~20 hours per week during U.S. Central Time business hours
Location : Inver Grove Heights, MN
Position description :
Stepping in to lead an ongoing project by the Legal department focused on cost optimization with respect to external law firms.
Activities would include :
Building out a playbook for vendor negotiations
Supporting attorney conversations with e-billing specific support regarding alternative fee arrangements and discounts.
Individual will partner with the finance department on tracking and reporting law firm savings.
Additional project activities could include :
Generating business-focused, automated reports within the TyMetrix environment
Supporting accrual and annual budget process
Make modifications to the Tymetrix platform setup to reflect new modules in the AP system
Required experience with tools and technology :
Expert user of WoltersKluwer Tymetrix T360 e-billing platform.
Legal operations experience, particularly in e-billing / law firm vendor management space.
Desired skills :
Strong client service mentality, good critical thinking skills, and the ability to bring forward recommendations, flexibility, and reliability.
