As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results. Your work will directly impact the health and well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Specimen Processing and Testing : Handle and process specimens, perform complex laboratory tests, and analyze results.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain strict adherence to quality control procedures, document results, and identify and resolve issues.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
- Data Management : Accurately record and maintain patient data, test results, and quality control records.
- Customer Service : Interact with clients and other laboratory personnel to answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
