Job Title : Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative - 1st Shift

Location : Denville,NJ

Duration : 2-months Contract

Work Type : Onsite

Pay Range : $20 - $21 / hr

Shift : Monday-Friday 7 AM - 1 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM (East Region)

Job Description :

Are you a skilled phlebotomist looking for a rewarding contract opportunity? Join our team as a Patient Services Representative II and make a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform accurate and timely phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages.
  • Process and prepare blood samples for laboratory testing.
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  • Adhere to strict quality control standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
  • Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
