Preventive Maintenance : Conducting routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition and prevent breakdowns. Troubleshooting and Repairs : Identifying and resolving issues with water treatment systems, including electrical and mechanical components. Data Collection and Reporting : Recording key performance indicators and generating reports to monitor system performance. Compliance : Adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as US Navy guidelines. Safety : Prioritizing safety practices and ensuring a safe working environment.What We're Looking For Experience : 2 years of experience in water treatment plant operations or related field. Certification : Current Hawaii Water Treatment Plant Operator (WTPO) Certification (Grade 1 or higher). Technical Skills : Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Communication : Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
