This is a long term opportunity Contract / Contract-to-hire opportunity.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Product Manager will work closely with various teams to understand their needs, translating business requirements into system improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms, and a deep knowledge of how to leverage these tools to create customer-centric solutions that drive performance and operational efficiency.
Required skills & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Product Owner, or similar certifications, are highly preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, solution architecture, and product management.
- Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, etc.) and its ecosystem.
- Solution Architecture: Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Product Management: Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, and experience managing multiple product releases.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence teams, clients, and senior leadership.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and decision-making.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, with a focus on continuous delivery.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects with a clear understanding of timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
