We are seeking a Certified Cornerstone LMS Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience working within the government sector to manage, optimize, and enhance the Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting system health checks, improving user experience, optimizing content delivery, and ensuring the LMS aligns with organizational training goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to support agency-wide training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct regular health checks on the Cornerstone platform system configurations and update as needed to ensure optimal performance.
Update and enhance the LMS user interface to improve usability and accessibility for all users.
Develop and design content playlists to streamline learning paths.
Improve search capabilities within the system to enhance user experience.
Evaluate, repair, or delete courses that are not functioning properly.
Evaluate, create, and repair course curriculums to ensure they meet organizational standards.
Create and generate reports as needed to track user progress, course completion, and system performance.
Review, update, and correct Enterprise Human Resource Integration (EHRI) information required by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
Develop and design content pages for agency-wide training initiatives, including but not limited to Supervisor Development Training and the Federal Trade Commission University.
Qualifications :
Cornerstone experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cornerstone LMS administrator, preferably within the government sector.
Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting, and a solid understanding of directory structures, file systems, and system configurations.
Proven ability in course design and development.
