Accounts Payable Clerk - Part-Time

Role Description
Part-time on-site role for an AP clerk located in the Deer Valley/Phoenix area. The AP clerk will be responsible for managing documents and records, including storing, maintaining, and securing documents and records. Duties include filing, making copies, scanning invoices and adding them to our AP drive.
Qualifications
· Upload digital files and data
· Organizes and archives records and documents.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook programs.
· Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to take ownership of his / her work product.
· Ability to work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.
Essential Job Functions

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Work is performed in an office. Formal Education: High School education is required
Experience: Organize files and maintain filing. Ability to use a scanner, printer, photocopier and communication skills.
