Job Responsibilities:
- Repair, recondition, and service Caterpillar and allied machines, systems, and components in the field.
- Identify and resolve malfunctions and failures in machine and engine systems and their components.
- Perform failure analysis and ensure adherence to warranty claims processes.
- Manage work orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Uphold and promote a strong safety culture in all aspects of the role.
Ideal Candidate:
A detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of Caterpillar machinery, a proven track record in diagnostics and repairs, and a strong dedication to safety and quality.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Caterpillar dealership experience.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar machinery, attachments, and systems, including hydraulics, electrical, powertrain, engines, and Tier IV emissions systems.
- Proficiency in using Caterpillar standard troubleshooting tools and failure analysis procedures.
- Familiarity with warranty claims processes and work order management.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year (DOE)
