Role Overview:
One of our clients seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic relationships. This leader will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing outbound sales strategies, and securing contracts to meet aggressive 2025 revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute a business development strategy to achieve $38M in secured backlog
- Build & maintain strong relationships with GCs, developers, and key decision-makers
- Identify new project opportunities & lead outbound sales efforts
- Oversee CRM data integrity, pipeline management & sales forecasting
- Collaborate with estimating teams to create winning proposals
- Track KPIs, wins/losses & report on pipeline performance
Success Metrics:
$75M in active, qualified pipeline by Q4 2025
10 new strategic accounts acquired
25% increase in close ratio year-over-year

Pay: $100,622.00 - $140,000.00 per year
