Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Business Development/Marketer. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our services, enhancing our competitive position within the industry, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the healthcare sector, coupled with a strategic mindset and a deep commitment to improving health outcomes in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy rates in the skilled nursing facility.
- Create and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare marketplace.
- Plan and execute community outreach programs and events to raise awareness about our services.
- Collaborate with the management team to design promotional materials and content for various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain the facility's positive public image.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience, ideally in a Long-Term Care (SNF) or Post-Acute setting.
- Knowledge of skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, or post-acute care is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
